How is this different from ZCT Consulting?
Managed Data Platform is the ongoing subscription. ZCT Consulting is the agency for a scoped project (migration, Zoho, custom build) with a start and an end. Same company, two buying motions.
Do you include data strategy and data agents?
Yes. As included operating work on the platform, not a separate strategy project. We agree metric definitions and what to automate first, ship certified dashboards, then data agents on that same certified data. Extra hours are optional add-ons.
How quickly can I get started?

Can I use my existing BigQuery instance?
Yes. We can connect to your existing GCP BigQuery instance. Data processing costs would apply to your GCP bill; all other platform costs are included.
