How is this different from ZCT Consulting?
Managed Data Platform is the ongoing subscription. ZCT Consulting is the agency for a scoped project (migration, Zoho, custom build) with a start and an end. Same company, two buying motions.
Do you include data strategy and data agents?
Yes. As included operating work on the platform, not a separate strategy project. We agree metric definitions and what to automate first, ship certified dashboards, then data agents on that same certified data. Extra hours are optional add-ons.
How quickly can I get started?

We manage everything: data, dashboards, the team, and infrastructure—including Fivetran, BigQuery, and cloud costs for standard startup usage. We monitor those costs closely and aim for the fairest price. Usage beyond that standard is billed with at least 2 weeks' notice.
Both plans include the data team (10 hours/month), 700+ data sources, certified dashboards, data agents, unlimited seats, and live support.
Can I use my existing BigQuery instance?
Yes. We can connect to your existing GCP BigQuery instance. Data processing costs would apply to your GCP bill; all other platform costs are included.
Are Fivetran, BigQuery, and cloud costs really included on Full managed?
Yes for a normal startup stack: daily syncs, certified dashboards, and typical analysis. We monitor Fivetran, BigQuery, and cloud costs closely and work to keep the fairest price for you. If usage grows beyond that standard (heavy ad-hoc scanning, unusual sync volume, or non-standard workloads), we bill the extra usage and give you at least 2 weeks' prior notice. On Your BigQuery, BigQuery processing stays on your GCP invoice.
